Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible shortly after placing your order.

Shipping

Since each item is made to order, production takes a few business days before shipping.

Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 7–14 business days

We don’t mass-produce or store large inventories.

Returns & Support

Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it:

unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
